There's a noticeable noise factor from the nearby road that can be a bit bothersome at night. The sheets and towels could use an update—they seem outdated, and some had stains. The sofa isn't the comfiest for sleeping. you might feel those springs digging in after a couple of nights. Plus, one guest mentioned that the air conditioning faltered on the last night, steering clear of the discomfort.
